Payment Instructions & Transfer Methods
How to Pay Your Invoice
Settling your payment securely and on time ensures seamless export logistics. Robust Auto is here to guide you through the fastest, most cost-effective international transfer methods to ensure your funds clear safely and without unnecessary bank fees.
Bank Transfer
You can initiate a wire transfer directly through your bank’s online banking portal or by visiting your local branch in person.
- Instructions: Request an international Telegraphic Transfer (TT/SWIFT) using the banking coordinates listed on your invoice. Ensure the destination currency is set strictly to Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Important Consideration: Traditional retail banks typically apply wider foreign exchange markups and higher intermediary handling fees compared to dedicated currency exchange platforms.
Money Transfer Agent
Money transfer agents (such as Wise, formerly TransferWise) have become increasingly popular due to their low fees and user-friendly platforms.
- Superior Exchange Rates: These platforms typically use real mid-market exchange rates with transparent, minimal transfer fees, saving you substantial money compared to traditional banks.
- Fast Clearance: Transfers initiated through specialized platforms often clear into our Japanese account significantly faster than standard bank wires.
- Key Requirement: Ensure your transfer is configured to convert your local currency and deliver the final payout in Japanese Yen (JPY) matching your invoice total.
