For a flat fee of ¥20,000 JPY, our team documents the vehicle’s exact mechanical and aesthetic condition with detailed photos, videos, and operational checks—giving you complete confidence before your car sails.

You will receive 80 to 100+ high-resolution photos providing an exhaustive visual record of the vehicle inside, outside, underneath, and under the hood. We prioritize absolute transparency by taking detailed close-ups of any cosmetic wear, scratches, or past repairs—showing you the vehicle’s true condition with zero surprises.
Comprehensive Video Package
Exclusive to Robust Auto, we provide at least 10 minutes of 1080p Full HD video across 6+ targeted clips. Our footage captures a cold engine start, interior feature tests, wheel/tire condition, glancing-angle paint and dent checks, and a full 360° narrated walkaround—giving you complete confidence in the vehicle’s real-world condition.

Pre-Shipping Verification & Diagnostics
Every vehicle brought to our facility undergoes a rigorous condition check. We cross-reference the physical car against its original auction inspection sheet to verify accuracy and examine core systems—including the engine running condition, steering, clutch, brakes, A/C, and cabin electronics.
We check and top up essential fluids (oil and coolant) for safe ocean transport, investigate any areas of concern, and can coordinate professional pre-export servicing or repairs in Japan upon request.
