We reserve our best pricing for dealer customers.
Our goal is to build long-term, trust-based relationships that create a true win-win for both parties. Qualifying dealer partners receive special rates and added flexibility tailored to their business needs.
Qualifications
To qualify for our Dealer Customer program, you must:
- Be a registered company in your country of operation
- Purchase more than 5 vehicles per year
- Purchase vehicles for the purpose of resale

Vehicle Inspection Reports
Robust Auto offers an exclusive inspection package at an additional cost of ¥20,000 per vehicle. The report includes:
- Over 80 photographs and 5 video clips
- Cold engine start verification
- Side panel dent inspection
- Interior condition assessment
- Wheel and tire condition check
- Full vehicle walkthrough
Dealer customers may tailor the report by adding or removing specific sections as required.
Mini Report (Optional — additional fee applies)
For a lighter-weight option, our Mini Report includes 30-40 high-quality images taken at the port of export, giving you a quick visual confirmation of the vehicle’s condition before shipping.
(Optional: 10,000 yen per car)
Direct to Port
Looking to cut costs even further?
We can ship your vehicle directly to the port instead of routing it through our lot. This means skipping the vehicle report, but it also means saving on transport costs and avoiding the fees associated with photo and video documentation.
This option is best suited for high-volume dealers and buyers prioritizing the lowest possible price over detailed reporting.
Inventory Priority
Dealer customers receive email alerts the same day new inventory vehicles are purchased, along with access to a special purchase option available exclusively to dealers.
Customized Flexibility
Should you require specialized services or unique arrangements, please do not hesitate to communicate your needs. We will endeavor to accommodate your requests to the fullest extent possible.
After Purchase Services
Want oil changes, coolant flushes, or tune-ups completed before shipping? Prefer the interior steam cleaned, the exterior polished, or foggy headlights restored?
We can arrange these services at special group rates across all vehicles, or you can select options on a per-car basis. This is a great way to add value for your customers as an up-sell, or simply save time by having vehicles ready to go the moment they land.
Best of all, these services are arranged with no delay to your shipping schedule.

- Licensed dealers
- Incorporated companies
- Buyers with a website, online history, or social media presence
Robust Auto may request additional information from some applicants before the account is activated.
Dealer accounts are subject to periodic review. Robust Auto reserves the right to remove dealer status if an account no longer meets eligibility requirements. In such cases, buyers will still be able to purchase from Robust Auto under an individual account.
